When did you join EMC? I joined EMC in February 2018 as a Junior Project Controls Analyst, and currently work in the role of Project Controls III/Lead.

Personally, and/or professionally, what does success mean to you? Success to me is knowing that my contributions positively impact the execution of projects and ongoing operations.

How do you experience success every day? Setting goals for the day and prioritizing activities until completion is how I experience success each day.

How do you observe success across EMC D&Z? As EMC continues to grow, it’s important to look at long term solutions which can be implemented now and developed further as we grow as an organization. There are challenges we are all working towards overcoming which can vary between projects. Taking the time to face these challenges can be difficult as solutions might require prioritization of certain requests or getting clarification from various stakeholders. When we face any issues or challenges which arise, there is always collaboration and support between teams to determine a solution which is how I observe success across EMC D&Z.
