Kincardine, January 29, 2018 – EMC Power Canada Ltd is expanding its local operations in the Kincardine area and has secured office and warehousing space located on the corner of Concession 11 and Hwy 21 in Tiverton. The 3500-square foot facility is in addition to the current space EMC operates out of on Highway 21.

“EMC has been a committed supporting partner of Bruce Power for many years, working together since 2007 and we are proud to show that long term continuing support by expanding our presence locally and supporting the community, “ said Lou Camara, EMC’s President and Shareholder.

“The spinoff activity generated from Bruce Power continues to help drive economic growth in Bruce County and across Ontario and EMC’s expansion is a great example of a company that is committed to supporting Bruce Power and the community,” said John Soini, Executive Vice President, Finance & Commercial Services at Bruce Power.

EMC will be hosting a job fair on March 7, 2018 at the Learning centre in Kincardine. More information on the job fair will be released soon, along with details of the positions on our website emccanada.ca.

“I am pleased to see EMC Power Canada expand their local presence by establishing a second location in our region and creating more jobs locally,” said Paul Eagleson, Bruce County Warden. “The expertise and knowledge they bring to our area helps us build a strong regional network of suppliers to support Bruce Power and our local communities for decades to come.”
